The secondary electron multiplier of the channel type with an extended dynamic range SEM-6M-2 is designed for recording charged particles, ultraviolet and X-ray radiation.
The device body is made of PEEK plastic, which is widely used for work in a vacuum. The dimensions of the developed device are completely identical to the dimensions of foreign analogues, which allows it to be used for equipment originally developed for the form factor of foreign-made devices (for example, Photonis Magnum 5900, DeTech 2300).
