wp-block-paragraph\">Detector type MCPs are used to amplify weak signals and determine position parameters of particles in a variety of image detectors, as part of photoelectronic and X-ray vacuum devices, field-ion microscopes, mass-spectrometers of various types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photomultiplier tubes (PMT) with detector type MCPs have the advantage of fast response
